I believe that your difficult circumstances do not have to define who you are or what you can achieve in life. You still have the potential to accomplish wonderful things and be in charge of how you choose to define yourself. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can freely express their feelings and thoughts. I utilize a person-centered approach with my clients, offering unconditional positive regard, empathy, and authenticity. I also utilize
elements of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, which help clients become more aware of their thoughts and emotions while learning to stay present. I tailor my approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. A few of my treatment focus areas include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and stress management. I am interested in understanding your experiences and perceptions as we work together to harness your inner strength for personal growth and change.

 

My goal is to guide, empower, and inspire hope throughout your therapeutic journey. I look forward to building a therapeutic rapport with you and supporting you as you heal and evolve into the best
