About:
Alice is a Licensed Associate Counselor who obtained her Master of Arts in Counseling from The College of New Jersey. She has experience working in various settings with diverse populations, especially adolescents and young adults. Alice believes that through counseling, individuals can achieve an emotionally balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life. Her goal as a counselor is to listen, support, and strengthen clients in their journey towards well-being by developing strategies to face life’s challenges.
Alongside the field of counseling, Alice works in the New Jersey public school system as a history teacher. Through her work as an educator, she discovered her passion for counseling to support clients in their emotional and social growth.

As a counselor, I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions using a Person-Centered approach that meets you where you are in your life journey. During our sessions, I may use Strength-Based techniques, Narrative Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused strategies. My role in counseling sessions is to help guide you through life situations to enable you to reach your goals.
