Payments and Insurance

We have made some forms available for new clients to download or submit online for your convenience. Filling these out in advance of your first visit will minimize the time you spend in the waiting room.

Online Payment

Insurance Information

  • We are in-network with most health plans. 

  • All others we are out of network.

  • We do not accept NJ Medicaid.

  • We do accept some Medicaid Health Plan (i.e., Aetna Better Health)

  • Insurance verification will be required before the appointment.

Credit Card Payment

Payments and Fee

  • Our fee is $195 per 50 minutes for sessions.

  • Self-pay, Co-payments, Co-insurance, and Deductible Payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

  • We accept cash, Credit Cards, HSA/FSA cards, Square, Pay Pal, and Venmo.

  • Fees may be different for patients.  Please get in touch with your health plan.

Please note that consultations are available over the phone, and there is a fee for a 30-minute session. This fee is to be paid out of pocket at the time of consultation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our office uses a reminder service at that time. Should you cancel within the timeframe of receiving your reminder, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to show for your appointment or call on the day of your work means you will be responsible for the No Show Fee.

  • Being tardy for your appointments and you will be responsible for a Late Fee.
